Our Group Classes
All Restart classes are 1 hour long, allowing us to dedicate time to each individual.
Grip socks are mandatory for each class and are available to purchase at our studio if you need some.
Beginner & Improver Reformer
Whether you're a newbie to reformer pilates or have had a break and are wanting to take it easy, our beginner & improver class is designed to help you get to grips with the reformer whilst focusing on your form and the basic principles of reformer pilates.
This class is suitable for all levels.
All Level Reformer
Using a mixture of props, our all level class is designed to challenge and improve your fitness levels. This full-body workout will lengthen, strengthen and tone every muscle, leaving you feeling revitalised and accomplished.
This class is suitable for those familiar with reformer pilates who have taken our beginner class and / or classes at other studios previously.
Dynamic Reformer
An advanced reformer session designed to challenge you and make you sweat.
Incorporating weights and props, our dynamic class will give you the ultimate full-body workout - embrace the shakes!
We recommend attending at least 5 of our Beginner & Improver or All Level classes before attending this one.
Bounce & Core Fusion
This class mixes bouncing and core exercises on the Reformer.
With the addition of the jumpboard, you'll jump on the Reformer and use your core muscles for a session that's both fun and effective to boost your fitness levels.
This session is suitable for those who want to incorporate more cardio into their reformer pilates routine.
Full Body Stretch & Relax
A slower paced full body class that focuses on improving flexibility, strength & alignment of the entire body using the Reformer.
This session is suitable for all fitness levels and provides a low-impact, full body workout that promotes relaxation and reduces stress.
