Service Description

Barre is a fun and effective full-body workout that blends ballet-inspired movements with strength training. Using the barre for balance, we focus on small, controlled movements to target the legs, glutes, arms, and core. It’s low-impact but surprisingly challenging, helping you build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. No dance background is needed—everyone is welcome!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling: All cancellations or rescheduling of reformer Pilates sessions must be made at least 12 hours in advance via the online booking system. Late cancellations will incur the full session fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked session without cancelling will result in a £10 no-show fee, except when the booking was made using a class credit, in which case the full credit will be forfeited instead. Arrival Time: Customers must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. First-time clients are required to arrive 10 minutes early for a brief reformer safety introduction. Late Entry: Entry may be refused if you arrive late. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed or partial attendance. Grip Socks: Grip socks are mandatory for safety and stability during all reformer Pilates sessions.
