A creative afternoon to slow down, move your body, and make something beautiful.
Join us for Bloom & Flow - a relaxed two-hour experience combining movement and creativity in a calm, welcoming space. You’ll start with a Reformer Pilates class (perfect for all levels) before getting hands-on with a dried flower arrangement workshop led by the lovely team at Floriental.
There’ll be tea and coffee on hand, two great classes, and even better company.
