Service Description
This class mixes bouncing and core exercises on the Reformer. You'll jump on reformer and work your core muscles to get stronger and more balanced. Get ready for a fun and effective workout that boosts your fitness level

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: All cancellations or rescheduling of reformer Pilates sessions must be made at least 12 hours in advance via the online booking system. Late cancellations will incur the full session fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked session without cancelling will result in a £10 no-show fee, except when the booking was made using a class credit, in which case the full credit will be forfeited instead. Arrival Time: Customers must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. First-time clients are required to arrive 10 minutes early for a brief reformer safety introduction. Late Entry: Entry may be refused if you arrive late. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed or partial attendance. Grip Socks: Grip socks are mandatory for safety and stability during all reformer Pilates sessions. No food or drink (other than water in sealed bottles) allowed in the studio.
