Cardio meet the reformer. This fast paced class utilises the jump board, you will improve your fitness levels and strengthen your core. Suitable for those who want to incorporate cardio into their reformer pilates routine.
RESTART STRETCH & RELAX
A slower paced full body class that focuses on improving flexibility, strength & alignment of the entire body. Suitable for all levels.

what to wear
Don’t overthink it, wear your workout gear. Wearing what you feel comfortable in is the most important thing. Grip socks are a must for safety & hygiene. They are available to purchase at the studio.
