RESTART BOUNCE
Cardio meet the reformer. This fast paced class utilises the jump board, you will improve your fitness levels and strengthen your core. Suitable for those who want to incorporate cardio into their reformer pilates routine.
RESTART STRETCH & RELAX
A slower paced full body class that focuses on improving flexibility, strength & alignment of the entire body. Suitable for all levels.
Prepare for Your First Reformer Pilates Class
Wear Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
Arrive at Least 5 Minutes Early
Give yourself time to check in, get settled, and talk to your instructor about any injuries or concerns.
Start with a Foundational Class
